HOME HEALTH:

Home Health Services are in-home therapy appointments. Our therapists are committed to getting you better and back to your life quickly, which means that the most appropriate treatment may be in your daily environment. In order to help you achieve this, we provide one on one care focused on improving safety, functional tasks and productivity. In your sessions, therapists also may advise patients and families on adaptive devices and/or remodeling needs to adapt to changes in mobility.

Our Home Health Team is comprised of 20+ health care providers including Physical Therapists/Physical Therapist Assistants, Occupational Therapists/Occupation Therapist Assistants, and Speech Therapists.

Our home health services, skilled nursing facilities and nursing homes have several affiliations with Rapides and surrounding parishes.
